Home Concierge

We want you to feel like your voice is always heard. Our Home Concierge aftercare hotline is dedicated to answering all of your concerns so we can address any problems and resolve them as soon as possible.

Our Service Warranty

Now you have settled into your new home, we want to ensure that everything is right for you. In the first 90 days, you have the opportunity to submit a list of defects to our maintenance team. After organising an inspection, we repair any defects without delay.

Lifetime Structural Guarantee

Lumi Homes builds homes to last a lifetime and we stand by the quality of our workmanship. Our Lifetime Structural Guarantee covers your home from structural failure of the foundation, load bearing brickwork and structural members.

Australian Consumer Law Guarantee

Our goods, which are the structural elements of the house, come with guarantees that are covered under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damages. You will also be entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.

Refer a Friend Promotion

The Referrer (existing Lumi Homes customer) is able to refer friends to Lumi Homes upon paying an initial deposit for their New Home Estimate. To be eligible for the reward, both the Referrer and Referee must enter into and complete a HIA building contract with Lumi Homes.

The Referrer will receive a $500 VISA Gift Card when the Referred reaches Slab Completion. The Referred will receive a $500 credit towards their build contract. All referrals must be made via the Lumi Homes referral link using the form at https://lumihomes.com.au/refer-a-friend

This form must be submitted prior to engaging a Lumi New Home Expert. This referral promotion will end at the discretion of Lumi Homes management. The decision of management will be final and cannot be contested.
